PICCI Thanks BSP Governor Felipe Medalla, Welcomes New Governor Eli Remolona, Jr.

The management and staff of the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Inc. wish to convey their gratitude to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Felipe M. Medalla for his leadership during his tenure as Chairman of the PICC Board of Directors from July 2022 to June 2023.

Throughout his term as PICC Chairman, Governor Medalla consistently demonstrated his full support for the initiatives undertaken by PICC, particularly as the organization prepared for the resumption of face-to-face events after the challenging period of the pandemic.

In September 2022, he led the unveiling of the marker during the historic declaration of PICC and its four intrinsic artworks as National Cultural Treasure. During the ceremony, Governor Medalla shared his profound appreciation for the rich cultural heritage preserved within the prestigious walls of the Center.

Furthermore, the PICC family warmly welcomes Governor Eli M. Remolona, Jr. as he commences his six-year term as the New BSP Governor and PICC Chairman of the Board. With Governor Remolona’s appointment, the PICC looks forward to continued growth and success.
