DEPARTMENT: Office of the Corporate Secretary
EMPLOYMENT GRADE: EG 27
JOB SUMMARY
Ensures appropriateness and accuracy of papers to be submitted to the Board/EXCOM and assists the General Counsel in all legal matters affecting the PICCI.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issues notices, drafts agendas and prepares the minutes of all meetings of the PICCI Board of Directors and EXCOM.
- Ensures the distribution of approved resolutions, as necessary.
- Prepares contracts as required by Management.
- Drafts communications to the Monetary Board, as necessary.
- Reviews legal aspects of all corporate transactions.
- Performs others duties assigned from time to time.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, including units in management or public administration
Experience
- Three (3) years of experience in various administrative functions, including the ability to plan, direct and coordinate administrative processes in the implementation of corporate policies
Other Qualifications
- Member of Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)
