Clinic Nurse (Job Order)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain and monitor the proper upkeep and inventory of the clinic supplies and properties;
  2. Attend promptly to the medical needs of the PICCI employees, tenants, and clients, such as but not limited to the following;
    • take vital signs
    • treat minor ailments
    • dispense appropriate medicines for minor ailments
    • liaise with partner hospitals and medical institutions as necessary
  3. Assist during PICC events as required by the Marketing and Events Management Department (MEMD) and other offices;
  4. Assist the visiting HMO accredited physician during clinic hours;
  5. Provide support to the HRMD Division programs and activities that are related to the physical, emotional and mental wellness of the employees; and
  6. Perform such nursing functions and other tasks as may be assigned by the HRMDD Assistant Director from time to time.

MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATION GUIDE

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

 

Eligibility: RA 9173 – Registered Nurse

 

Experience: At least one (1) year of related work experience in a hospital/clinic setting or in the M.I.C.E. industry

 

Training: Emergency Medical Response; Occupational Health and Safety; Office and Time Management; Customer Service

 

Skills: Excellent in oral and written communication employee relations, inventory and  record management, spreadsheet and word processing; minimal supervision required

Director (Marketing and Events Management Department)

DEPARTMENT: Marketing and Events Management Department

JOB SUMMARY

  • To formulate, coordinate, implement and exercise general supervision of a system as well as an integrated marketing plan and reservations system to maximize implementation of programs and delivery of PICC services as required by clients.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops a program to market and promote the PICC as a premier venue for meetings, conventions, exhibitions and other special events;
  • Formulates and directly supervises the implementation of the over-all work program and strategies of the Department;
  • Prepares the Department’s annual budget and submit the same to management for approval;
  • Prepares and submits regular reports;
  • Manages the daily operations of the Department in its delivery of comprehensive events facilities and services as required by the clients;
  • Regularly reviews and analyses operating systems of the Department and applies corrective measures if necessary;
  • Presides over regular Departmental meetings as well as inter-department coordination meetings/debriefings relative to events;
  • Reviews and recommends all event contracts prior to the approval of the General Manager;
  • Ensures the timely payments and collections of accounts due to PICC;
  • Establishes goals and standards and measured performance against the predetermined goals;
  • Ensures the strict observance and implementation of PICC policies, rules and regulations for events;
  • Institutes a centralize reservations system;
  • Coordinates with relevant offices and agencies to ensure efficient delivery of services as required by the clients;
  • Develops and maintains PICC-client relations;
  • Spearheads and/or organizes the conduct of promotional activities such as marketing presentations, sales missions, trade fair participations, attendance promotions, etc.;
  • Formulates, develops and implements a public relation, advertising and publicity program of PICCI in coordination with the approved contracted agency;
  • Coordinates event requirements and special marketing initiatives with the other Departments and the Food Concessionaire;
  • Encourages local associations to bid for their respective events and assists the same in the bid paper preparation in cooperation with other pertinent agencies and entities.

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Major in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or other fields related to the job.

Experience:

  • Eight (8) years of relevant experience from an event management company, hotel, tourism-oriented organizations or other institutions engaged in organizing events and/or sales and marketing; six (6) years of which involves managing/supervising personnel.

Grounds Maintenance Coordinator

DEPARTMENT / OFFICE: Administrative Department

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conduct inspections twice a day and provide a daily report on the cleanliness of the outside premises and the condition of trees, plants, greens and foliage at the gardens/lawns and nursery;
  2. Monitor the daily attendance, deployment and assignment of contracted agency landscape and ground maintenance personnel and prepare an overtime request should there be a need for it;
  3. Check the accuracy of the periodic billing statements as well as the submission of all documents required for payment of the contracted agency for landscape and grounds maintenance;
  4. See to it that the monthly evaluation forms for contractors are sent out, collected and tabulated on time for appropriate appraisal of results;
  5. Provide recommendations relative to the use of better and upgrade gardening equipment, fertilizer, pesticide and materials for greater efficiency and healthier plant life;
  6. Issue gardening and nursery supplies and materials and maintain appropriate records pertinent to such issuances for replenishment and documentation purposes;
  7. Prepare appropriate requisition form/s for needed supplies/materials and/or services;
  8. Prepare receiving reports and disbursement vouchers relative to payments for procured items, services relative to his/her assigned tasks;
  9. Assist in the preparation of the annual work program and budget requirement of the Division;
  10. Recommend new arrangements/designs for indoor pocket garden setups;
  11. Conform to PICC policies, rules and regulations;
  12. Ensure proper upkeep of work area and equipment assigned to him/her; and
  13. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
